Need a remodel. Set an appointment for an estimator to come by.... after that, haven't heard back. Every time I call, I'm told "Jeff will call you today or tomorrow". 5 calls and 3 weeks later, I have yet to receive any information. Front desk people are nice and helpful, though which is why this isn't 1 star.
